Terms of Service

By using the FluffyLab Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. FLUFFY LAB STUDIO LTD reserves the right to modify these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

• Orders are confirmed when shown as "Accepted" in the app.
• Pickup at Herzl 27, Tel Aviv during opening hours.
• Scheduled orders must be picked up within 30 minutes of the chosen slot.
• Unclaimed orders may be cancelled at our discretion without refund.

Prices are in New Israeli Shekel (₪) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors before fulfilment. Online payment, when enabled, is processed by a licensed payment provider; we do not store full card details.

• You may cancel a pending order at no charge before we mark it "Preparing".
• Once preparation has started, cancellation may incur the full cost.
• If we cancel your order, you receive a full refund or store credit.
• For quality complaints, contact us within 24 hours of pickup.

Points accrue on completed orders and may be redeemed per the in-app rules. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire. We may modify or terminate the loyalty program with notice.

Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. We cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation. Customers with severe allergies should not order.

• No fraudulent orders, chargebacks, or abuse of staff.
• No automated scraping, reverse-engineering, or attempts to bypass security.
• One loyalty account per person; duplicate accounts may be merged or closed.

The FluffyLab name, logo, photography, recipes, and app design are owned by FLUFFY LAB STUDIO LTD. You may not reuse them without written permission.

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Israeli law, FLUFFY LAB STUDIO LTD's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes will be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Tel Aviv–Yafo.
